Owner-occupied commercial property loans

For owner-occupied commercial loans, options are available to provide financing of up to 100% of the property purchase price (in select circumstances).

Investment commercial property loans

Commercial properties are popular among real estate investors, as they generally offer higher returns than residential properties and come with benefits like longer lease terms. For commercial property investment loans, financing options are available for up to 80% of the property value with full documentation, or up to 70% on a Lease Doc basis. Under the Lease Doc arrangement, we only require income information related to the rental income generated by the property; other income sources and debts are excluded.
